Wednesday November 30 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 58%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 58% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. The Stock Market remains in good technical condition, which, is typical for this time of year. The Trend and Flow of Funds are at the top of their ranges and the major ETFs below are also at the top of their ranges, but starting to show weakness. We believe that there will be a minor retracement to the DJIA rising moving average, currently at 10,677.83, and then another run to new highs as Christmas and the New Year approaches. Should be a very tough 2006 as the economy starts to soften. We remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market.

Happy Thanksgiving and we appreciate all of the new subscribers to MktMetrics.com

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Wednesday November 23 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 32%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 32% probability to be "Up" Wednesday, same as yesterday. So today will be down, maybe. The Stock Market seems to be celebrating the holiday season as participants leave town. This is a classic thin market where manipulation is most abundant. The Trend and Flow of Funds are at the top of their ranges and the major ETFs below are now easing off of their highs. The IYT failed to make a new high yesterday. So the Stock Market may be positive for the Thanksgiving Holiday Season, but what will follow after the holiday cheer? We believe that there will be a minor retracement to the rising moving average, and then another run to new highs as Christmas approaches. Should be a very tough 2006 as the economy starts to soften. We remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market.

Index Statistics: Above 50% Bullish - Below 50% Bearish
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 32%
Trend: Flat Today 87% vs. Yesterday 87% (High 90% / Low 10%)
Momentum: Rising 84% vs. Yesterday 77% (High 84% / Low 13%)
DJIA Outlook: Bullish Rising 80% vs. Yesterday 77% (High 80% / Low 18%)
DJIA Flow of Funds: Falling Today 84% vs. Yesterday 87% (High 97% / Low 10%)

Stock Market Outlook: Bullish Rising 92.8% vs. Yesterday 89.8 (High 92.8 / Low 12.2%)

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 32% probability to be "Up" Tuesday. So today will be down. The Trend and Flow of Funds are at the top of their ranges. The IYT made a new high again for the second day in a row. So the Stock Market may be positive for the Thanksgiving Holiday Season. Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 35% probability to be "Up" Monday. So today could be down. The Trend and Flow of Funds are at the top of their ranges. Friday November 18 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 19%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 19% probability to be "Up" Friday. The Trend and Flow of Funds indicators have moved down. Volume has picked up a little in preparation for today's Futures and Options expiration. The IYT made a new high yesterday. So the Stock Market looks poised to advance higher for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
However, because interest rates are set to rise even further after the Fed sold a record amount of Treasuries last Thursday and the fact that the economic recovery is near an end in this mature business cycle, we remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market.

Index Statistics: Above 50% Bullish - Below 50% Bearish
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 19%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 48% probability to be "Up" Thursday. The ETF's below rose yesterday on a down day- Bullish for Thursday's Stock Market action. And, the Trend has moved to historical highs, also Bullish for today. Volume has picked up a little in preparation for tomorrow's Futures and Options expiration.

Wednesday November 16 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 71%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 71% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. So we got a down day finally...Big Deal! There is hesitation with no direction at this time in the Stock Market. The ETF's below have weakened. Volume decreased last week as the Exchange Insiders have positioned themselves for the Futures and Options 11-18-05 expiration. Interest rates are set to rise even further after the Fed sold a record amount of Treasuries last Thursday, taking money out of the system. Also, the economic recovery is near an end in this mature business cycle, that began over 5 years ago. Therefore, we remain cautious and growing negative each day on the DJIA and overall Stock Market.

The MktMetrics.com November 12 Weekly Edition

Saturday November 12 Weekly Edition - Sponsored by: www.MktMetrics.com

Our belief is that the Stock Market is controlled by the Specialists and Market Makers or Exchange Insiders. We developed MktMetrics.com over a four year period and performed a 30-year computer generated study to test our findings. Our sole purpose was to produce a mirror image of where the Exchange Insiders buy and sell their stock inventory. We hope you will subscribe to http://www.mktmetrics.com/ and financially benefit by the amount of work put forth and its consistent accuracy.
After performing our extensive research, we found that the Exchange Insiders control the direction of the Stock Market by moving individual members of the Dow Jones Industrial Average to establish a trend for the purpose of accumulating and distributing stock at wholesale and retail prices for maximum gain. Ergo, we pay strict attention to the numbers generated from the MktMetrics program to spot their intent. To that end, our focus is concentrated on the Dow Jone Industrial Average.

Wednesday November 9 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 58%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 58% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. The DJIA Trend has declined for the first time since it bottomed on 10-13-05, along with the index itself. Volume has slowed in the past three days as the Exchange Insiders have positioned themselves for the Futures and Options 11-18-05 expiration. Therefore, we remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market. With a 58% probability of being "Up" Wednesday, it's time to observe the Stock Market instead of buying or selling today.

Tuesday November 8 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Tuesday: 23%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 23% probability to be "Up" Tuesday. Thursday's DJIA "Up" probability was 19%, Friday's 42%, Monday's 32 and today has posted 23% leads us to believe a reversal is in store for Tuesday's Stock Market. Historically speaking, the DJIA has never had more than 13 consecutive days up. However, because the Trend has now gone flat, SPY has gone flat, and volume has slowed in the past two days, we remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market. The past two days has seen the DJIA close over our initial resistance level of 10,522. Is this a false or real breakout? This week's action will prove itself one way or another. We still suggest Investors do not go overboard on adding to positions at this late stage in the current move up.

Index Statistics: Above 50% Bullish - Below 50% Bearish
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Tuesday: 23%
Trend: Flat Today 87% vs. Yesterday 87% (High 87% / Low 16%)

Monday November 5 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Monday: 32%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 32% probability to be "Up" Monday. Thursday's DJIA "Up" probability was 19%, Friday's 42% and today has posted 32% leads us to believe a reversal is in store for Monday's Stock Market. Please note that on October 5th, the DJIA 21-day moving average was 10,522.92 and Thursday's close of 10,522.59 was just .33 down from that moving average. Coincidental? Or, is it a strong and powerful line in the sand "resistance" that will start the distribution process again? Our immediate resistance for the DJIA is now 10,522.00 The Trend has risen to its high in recent times and the MACD has continued higher. Therefore, the Stock Market has the impetus to move higher, if it can rally beyond current resistance.

MktMetrics.com November 5 Weekly Edition

Saturday November 5 Weekly Edition - Sponsored by: www.MktMetrics.com

Our belief is that the Stock Market is controlled by the Specialists and Market Makers or Exchange Insiders. We developed MktMetrics.com over a four year period and performed a 30-year computer generated study to test our findings. Our sole purpose was to produce a mirror image of where the Exchange Insiders buy and sell their stock inventory. We hope you will subscribe to www.mktmetrics.com and financially benefit by the amount of work put forth and its consistent accuracy.

After performing our extensive research, we found that the Exchange Insiders control the direction of the Stock Market by moving individual members of the Dow Jones Industrial Average to establish a trend for the purpose of accumulating and distributing stock at wholesale and retail prices for maximum gain. Therefore, we pay strict attention to the numbers generated from the MktMetrics program to spot their intent. To that end, our focus is concentrated on the Dow Jone Industrial Average.

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Friday November 4 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 42%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 42% probability to be "Up" Friday. Thursday's DJIA "Up" probability was 19% and today's 42% leads us to believe a reversal is in store for Friday's Stock Market. Also, yesterday's 10, 522.59 close above the 10,510 resistance level is being tested today to determine whether that was a false move or a valid one. Please note that on October 5th, the DJIA 21-day moving average was 10,522.92 and yesterday's close of 10,522.59 was just .33 down from that moving average. Coincidental? Or, is it a strong and powerful line in the sand "resistance" that will start the distribution process again? These are serious questions that will be answered by today's trading and early next week. The Trend has now risen to its high in recent times and the MACD has continued higher. Therefore, the Stock Market has the impetus to move higher, if it can rally beyond current resistance.

DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 42%

Thursday November 3 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Thursday: 19%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 19% probability to be "Up" Thursday. Yesterday's rise was very impressive. However, now the DJIA must over come overhead resistance at 10,510. The Trend has stalled at current levels, but the MACD has continued higher. Therefore, the Stock Market has the impetus to move higher, if it can rally beyond current resistance. With such a low probability of 19%, look for a pull-back today.

DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Thursday: 19%

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Wednesday November 2 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 55%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 55% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. The moderate 55% probability of being "Up" on Wednesday means that there is indecisiveness in today's Stock Market. The Trend and MACD continues its climb higher. In our new "Weekly Edition" produced on Saturdays, the immediate resistance level was quoted to be 10,510. The theorectical high Monday was 10,539 and Tuesday's was 10,510. Therefore, caution is needed here to learn if this most recent move up has legs or remains in a distribution phase. The high for this move in regards to the DJIA Trend is right were we are, going into Wednesday's opening. So we are at a critical junction and today's close will provide the future direction for the rest of this year.

Index Statistics: Above 50% Bullish - Below 50% Bearish
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 55%
Trend: Rising Today 65% vs. Yesterday 61% (High 77% / Low 16%)
Momentum: Falling 19% vs. Yesterday 23% (High 58% / Low 13%)
DJIA Outlook: Bearish Rising 40% vs. Yesterday 38% (High 60% / Low 18%)
DJIA Flow of Funds: Flat Today 35% vs. Yesterday 35% (High 61% / Low 10%)

Monday 10-31-05: DJIA closed 10,440.07 up +37.46

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Tuesday November 1 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Tuesday: 42%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 42% probability to be "Up" Tuesday. Monday's Stock Market action had follow-through from Friday's big run-up after bouncing off of key support levels. It is interesting to note that right after the close, in after-market trading, the Exchange Insiders dropped prices significantly. So the low 3% probability of being "Up" on Monday will affect the DJIA and overall Stock Market today producing lower prices. The Trend has been up sharply recently. In our new "Weekly Edition" produced on Saturdays, the immediate resistance level was quoted to be 10,510. The theorectical high yesterday was 10,539. Therefore, caution is the word of the day to learn if this most recent move up has legs or is in another distribution phase. At present, the Trend and MACD is positive, so it is premature to judge the outcome. We suggest let the Fed perform their work today regarding the interest rate outlook and remain on the sidelines.
