The MktMetrics.com December 31 Weekly Edition

Saturday December 31 Weekly Edition - Sponsored by: www.MktMetrics.com

Our belief is that the Stock Market is controlled by the Specialists and Market Makers or Exchange Insiders. We developed MktMetrics.com over a four year period and performed a 30-year computer generated study to test our findings. Our sole purpose was to produce a mirror image of where the Exchange Insiders buy and sell their stock inventory. We hope you will subscribe to http://www.mktmetrics.com/ and financially benefit by the amount of work put forth and its consistent accuracy. After performing our extensive research, we found that the Exchange Insiders control the direction of the Stock Market by moving individual members of the Dow Jones Industrial Average to establish a trend for the purpose of accumulating and distributing stock at wholesale and retail prices for maximum gain. Ergo, we pay strict attention to the numbers generated from the MktMetrics.com program to spot their intent. To that end, our focus is concentrated on the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Friday December 23 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 19%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 19% probability to be "Up" Friday. The DJIA Trend rose slightly yesterday, as did the MACD. The DJIA has a triple top formation (a big negative), but is trading just above the short term (8 &10 day) and the 21-day moving averages. The prospect of a new high as the New Year approaches is not likely. We are Bearish towards the Stock Market because the DJIA has had so much distribution recently by the Exchange Insiders, according to our proprietary program.

DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Thursday: 42%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 42% probability to be "Up" Thursday. The DJIA Trend continued its decline yesterday. The traditional Santa Claus Rally appears to have stalled. The Trend and MACD are moving lower. The DJIA has a triple top formation and is trading below short term (8 &10 day) and the 21-day moving averages. The prospect of a new high as the New Year approaches is not likely. We are negative towards the Stock Market until the Trend changes, and suggest no new purchases.

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Wednesday December 21 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Tuesday: 65%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 65% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. The DJIA has had four consecutive down days during a Bullish time of year, plus, the Trend plunged yesterday. So we should see a snap-back of a day or two of positive movement. However, this year's traditional Santa Claus Rally appears to have stalled. The Trend and MACD are moving lower. The DJIA has a triple top formation and is trading below short term (8 &10 day) and the 21-day moving averages. But yesterday's DJIA close found support at the 30 day moving average. The prospect of a new high as the New Year approaches is not likely. We now have a negative bias towards the Stock Market.

Monday December 19 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Monday: 68%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 68% probability to be "Up" Monday. End of the fourth quarter is a time when many stocks hit new highs. However, this year's traditional Santa Claus Rally appears to have stalled. The Trend and MACD has now turned lower. The DJIA has a triple top formation and even though it is trading above its short term (8 &10 day) and the 21-day moving averages, the venerable average has lost its upward momentum. The prospect of a new high as the New Year approaches is now in question. We have returned to being cautious with a negative bias towards the Stock Market.

The MktMetrics.com December 17 Weekly Edition

Saturday December 17 Weekly Edition - Sponsored by: www.MktMetrics.com

DJIA 21-Day Moving Average: 10,813.67

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Wednesday December 14 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 32%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 32% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. The traditional Santa Claus Rally appears to be underway as evidence with higher highs and higher lows. Even though the DJIA has a double top formation, the DJIA did move above the short term (8 &10 day) and the 21-day moving averages yesterday. However, Tuesdays are often contra moves and today's market action could bring the DJIA back below the key moving averages and negate yesterday's Bullish move up. Interestingly, the DJIA tested for a second time our downside objective of 10,695 yesterday. In summary, although the DJIA had a favorable one- day event, it will need to follow through today. If the DJIA slips again below the moving averages today, it could mute any seasonal positive buying investor psychology. There is still a possibility of a move up to a nominal new high as the New Year approaches. We remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market, until the DJIA Trend corrects and begins to rise again, which, could happen today or tomorrow.

DJIA Statistics: Above 50% Bullish - Below 50% Bearish
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 32%
Trend: Flat Today 52% vs. Yesterday 52% (High 94% / Low 10%)

The MktMetrics.com December 10 Weekly Edition

Saturday December 10 Weekly Edition - Sponsored by: www.MktMetrics.com

The DJIA Trend has downward momentum and the MACD is confirming this action. The DJIA may reach our downside objective of 10,685 today. There is still a possibility of a move up to a nominal new high as the New Year approaches. We remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market.

Wednesday December 7 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 39%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 39% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. Tuesday turned out to be a high volume reversal in the final hour of trading, which, can sometimes be an indication of heavy distribution at the top of a well established trading range. Today will either demonstrate that yesterday was a pull-back in an up channel, or, a follow-through of more distribution. The DJIA has a double top formation and the short term (8 &10 day) moving have been broken. The DJIA Trend has turned back down, while the Flow of Funds moved up a notch. The DJIA may still retreat to 10,685, before heading up again to a nominal new high as the New Year approaches. We remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market.

The MktMetrics.com December 3 Weekly Edition

Saturday December 3 Weekly Edition - Sponsored by: www.MktMetrics.com

Friday December 2 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 23%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 23% probability to be "Up" Friday. If it were not for the Holiday Season, the Stock Market looks a bit fragile here. We see a double top and the Trend and Flow of Funds are retreating from the top of their ranges as they are starting to show weakness. We believe that there will be a minor retracement to the DJIA rising moving average, currently at 10,719.34 and then another run to new highs as Christmas and the New Year approaches. The areas of particular strength are semiconductor and small capitalization stocks. Yesterday, the DJIA moved back above its 8 and 10 moving averages. Also, the DJIA remains above a well defined symmetrical support line. Therefore, the up move for the DJIA remains in tact. However, should the MktMetrics forecast of a low performance day for Friday and the Stock Market trades lower, it would spell trouble for Investors. We remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market.

DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 23%

Thursday December 1 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Thursday: 94%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 94% probability to be "Up" Thursday. So we are expecting a positive day. The Stock Market remains in good technical condition, which, is typical for this time of year. The Trend and Flow of Funds are at the top of their ranges and the major ETFs below are also at the top of their ranges, but starting to show weakness. We believe that there will be a minor retracement to the DJIA rising moving average, currently at 10,695.25, and then another run to new highs as Christmas and the New Year approaches. The areas of strength are semiconductor and small capitalization stocks. Yesterday, the DJIA broke both 8 and 10 moving averages. However, the DJIA did not break a well defined symmetrical support line. Therefore, the up move for the DJIA remains in tact. Should be a very tough 2006 as the economy starts to soften. We remain cautious on the DJIA and overall Stock Market.
