Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Tuesday March 28 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Thursday: 26%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 26% probability to be "Up" Thursday. This confirms what we are seeing in the numbers. Both the DJIA Trend and Momentum were down yesterday. We believe that yesterday was the end-of-the-quarter window dressing for Institutional Money Managers. The Exchange Insiders pulled the Market down on Tuesday to gather inventory at favorable prices to accommodate yesterday's needs. All this sets the stage for a three day decline starting today through Monday. Opinions are a dime a dozen, so now you have ours. DJIA 11,000 next stop? Good luck and good trading.

Tuesday 03-28-06: DJIA closed 11,154.54 down -95.57
DJIA 21-Day Moving Average: 11,135.24 up +2.71

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Tuesday March 28 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 100%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 100% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. Both the DJIA Trend and Momentum are unchanged today. The fact that Wednesdays are typically the best day of the week and MktMetrics posting 100% probability of being "Up" on the day, leads us to believe there could be some retracement of Tuesday's steep decline. So it will be noteworthy whether or not Tuesday's sell-off was the beginning of a major downside move or simply the Exchange Insiders reloading their inventory to satisfy demand for the end-of-the-quarter this Friday. We believe the Stock Market will continue to be weak and not settle down until the DJIA reaches at least 11,000. Should the Market give way during today's lunch hour, the result would be a continuation of more selling pressure, bringing down prices to a more wholesale level. Good luck and good trading.

DJIA 21-Day Moving Average: 11,132.53 up +8.97

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Tuesday March 28 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Tuesday: 74%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 74% probability to be "Up" Tuesday. Both the DJIA Trend and Volatility fell dramatically Monday, which could be a set-up for a big move today. Which way? Gale Financial Market Econometrics has determined that because there has been lack of participation of the Exchange Insiders at recent highs, extreme downside movement may be in the offing. This is contrary to Seasonality factors and that end-of-the-quarter is only four days away. Our gut felling and trading experience tells us the Stock Market could indeed see 3-days more of selling pressure, bringing down prices to a wholesale level. Good luck and good trading.

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Monday March 27 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Monday: 42%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 42% probability to be "Up" Monday. The DJIA Trend rose Friday, thanks in part to the energy and drug sectors. However, this could reverse itself Monday as energy is lower in early morning trading. We believe the Stock Market will trend lower this week as volume remains pathetic. Friday of this week marks the end of the first quarter followed by corporate earnings commencing in early April. Last week, the DJIA Trend hit an 87% reading, which was very close to the 94% reading of a multi-year cycle. So this week should be interesting with so many factors coming in to play. MktMetrics 42% probability of an "Up" day dictates caution for Monday. Good luck and good trading.

The MktMetrics Weekly Stock Market Analysis

Our belief is that the Stock Market is controlled by the Specialists and Market Makers or Exchange Insiders. We developed MktMetrics over a four year period and performed a 30-year computer generated study to test our findings. Our sole purpose was to produce a mirror image of where the Exchange Insiders buy and sell their stock inventory. We hope you will subscribe to http://www.mktmetrics.com/ for $40.00 monthly and financially benefit by its consistent accuracy. After performing our extensive research, we found that the Exchange Insiders control the direction of the Stock Market by moving individual members of the Dow Jones Industrial Average to establish a trend for the purpose of accumulating and distributing stock at wholesale and retail prices for maximum gain. Ergo, we pay strict attention to the numbers generated from the MktMetrics program to spot their intent. To that end, our focus is concentrated on the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 74%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 74% probability to be "Up" Friday. The DJIA Trend fell Thursday, confirming the tide has now turned. DJIA 21-Day Moving Average: 11,089.64 up +7.33

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Tuesday March 21 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Tuesday: 61%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 61% probability to be "Up" Tuesday. The DJIA Trend moved up again Monday and is approaching a historic high. However, if you look below, you will notice that most of the key ETFs, Exchange Insiders and Institutional Investor Statistics collectively point to a weakening upside move. Both the NASDAQ Composite and NASDAQ 100 Growth Indexes are loosing steam. We have witnessed the Exchange Insiders lack of major financial commitment as the DJIA has set new record highs. The NYSE Composite volume has been soft. All of this is a message that a top has been forming and the Stock Market is being set up for extreme disappointment. Our favorite indicator "DJIA Trend" has been strong lately, but even this indicator has a historic level. Tuesdays have recently been up, which is contrary to Tuesdays historically being down. The energy and financial sectors continue to be weak, which both sectors account for 2/3 of the S+P 500 Index. Good luck and good trading.

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Monday March 20 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Monday: 42%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 42% probability to be "Up" Monday. The DJIA Trend moved up to nose bleeding levels on Friday. However, if you look below, you will notice that all of the key ETFs, Exchange Insiders and Institutional Statistics collectively point to a weakening upside move. Remember: Growth follows Transportation, Transportation doesn't follow Growth. So when you here about all of the Growth in the Economy and the Transportation Sector is starting to loose steam, as it now appears, look for the exit doors. Furthermore, both the NASDAQ Composite and NASDAQ 100 Growth Indexes are loosing steam as well, pointing to lack of conviction that the growth in the economy will continue. The froth last week was from Investors jumping in so as to not miss out on a big move up. Futures and Options expired without much fanfare. We have not seen the Exchange Insiders participate with major financial commitment as the DJIA has set new record highs. The NYSE Composite volume has been rather soft compared to most expiration cycles. All of this is a message that a top has been forming and the Stock Market is being set up for extreme disappointment. Our favorite indicator "DJIA Trend" has been strong lately, but even this indicator has a historic level. Watch for the exit doors as perhaps one day soon the Markets will drop and force you to sell at prices not acceptable. Good luck and good trading.

DJIA Outlook: Bullish Rising Today 67% vs. Yesterday 65% (High 86% / Low 18%)
Stock Market Outlook: Bullish Rising Today 84.8% vs. Yesterday 84.3% (High 93.9 / Low 12.2%) (DJIA, S&P 500, Russell 2000 & NASDAQ 100) Aggregate)

The Weekly MktMetrics Stock Market Analysis

Friday March 17 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 35%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 35% probability to be "Up" Friday. The DJIA Trend moved up from Thursday, created by climatic buying. However, if you look below, you will notice that many of the key ETFs, Exchange Insiders and Institutional Statistics collectively point to a weakening upside move. Remember: People lie, Numbers don't lie as they are unbiased and unemotional. The froth this week has been Investors jumping in so as to not miss out on a big move. Futures and Options expire today. We have not seen the Exchange Insiders participate with major financial commitment as the DJIA has set new record highs. The NYSE Composite volume has been rather soft compared to most expiration cycles, which may very well portend the Stock Market is being set up for extreme disappointment. Our indicators are flashing caution here as yesterday's DJIA close met a significant rising resistance level. Investors should back away from the Stock Market at this time, for the risk is greater than the return. Good luck and good trading.

Thursday March 16 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Thursday: 23%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 23% probability to be "Up" Thursday. The DJIA Trend was unchanged Wednesday, after having moved sideways the past two days, which is typical of a potential sea change in the Stock Market. Today, Investors are one day away from Futures and Options expiration which often leads to extreme volatility. Our DJIA Volatility reading points out that volatility has been rising. We continue to observe that the Exchange Insiders have not been participating with major financial commitment as the DJIA continues to set records. The NYSE Composite volume has been quite weak in the run-up which could very well portend the Stock Market may being setting up for extreme disappointment. Our firm has been looking for a significant rally to test the previous highs at 11,198.73 that occurred on February 22, 2006 and predicted that the DJIA 11,230 level poses strong resistance, which was struck yesterday. Investors should back away from the Stock Market at this time. Good luck and good trading.

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Monday March 14 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Tuesday: 55%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 55 probability to be "Up" Tuesday. The DJIA Trend moved down illustrating a sea change. Last week, Tuesday was up. We point this out because Tuesday have consistently been down for many weeks. With an "Up" probability forecasted today, perhaps a test of yesterdays lows would be realistic for Traders to expect. We have been looking for a significant rally to test the previous highs at 11,198.73 that occurred on February 22, 2006. We have also stated that the DJIA 11,230 level poses strong resistance. Now, with the Trend change that occurred from yesterday's trading, extreme caution should be taken at this juncture. Commodities and Stock Futures are down in early trading. Options and Futures expire in a few days. Good luck and good trading.

Dow Jones Industrial Average Statistics:
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Tuesday: 55% (High 100% / Low 0%)

Monday March 13 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Monday: 6%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 6% probability to be "Up" Monday. Our favorite indicator "DJIA Trend" moved up again yesterday pointing to continued strength and is expected to see follow through today. We have been looking for a significant rally to test the previous highs at 11.198.73 that occurred on February 22, 2006. We believe the DJIA 11,230 level to will pose strong resistance. The overseas markets are higher this morning. Commodities and Stock Futures are up in early trading. Options and Futures expire in 4 days. Even though MktMetrics has stated a low "Up" probability for Monday, we believe today will see higher prices. Stock Market weakness should reappear on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Good luck and good trading.

The Weekly MktMetrics Stock Market Analysis

Our belief is that the Stock Market is controlled by the Specialists and Market Makers or Exchange Insiders. We developed MktMetrics over a four year period and performed a 30-year computer generated study to test our findings. Our sole purpose was to produce a mirror image of where the Exchange Insiders buy and sell their stock inventory. We hope you will subscribe to http://www.mktmetrics.com/ and financially benefit by its consistent accuracy.

Friday March 10 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Friday: 68%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 68% probability to be "Up" Friday. Fridays have recently seen up in the morning and then fade in the final hour. Our favorite indicator "DJIA Trend" moved up again yesterday pointing to continued strength for the venerable average. We cannot rule out a significant rally to test the previous highs at 11,232 as the DJIA and its 21-day moving average continue to hover around the 11,000 area after testing a very strong support level of 10,900 on Wednesday. Commodities and Stock Futures are up in early trading. Options and Futures expire in 5 days. The DJIA could have a run here for the next few days. Now would be the time for the Exchange Insiders to rally the Market higher to capture derivative premiums. Good luck and good trading.

DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Thursday: 35%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 35% probability to be "Up" Thursday, which is the same reading as Wednesday. Wednesday March 8 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Wednesday: 35%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 35% probability to be "Up" Wednesday. Tuesday we felt the Stock Market would stabilize and provide an up day. Recently, Tuesdays have been down days, so it was truly a contra move. Lately, Wednesdays have been up days, which could happen today. The DJIA Trend moved lower yesterday and the MktMetrics forecast today is not optimistic for stocks. Still, with Options and Futures expiring in 7 days and the OPEC meeting behind us, now would be the time for the Exchange Insiders to rally the Market higher to capture derivative premiums.

Wednesday 03-01-06: DJIA closed 11,053.53 up +60.12
DJIA 21-Day Moving Average: 10,970.09 up +7.31

Before the U. S. Stock Market Opening
Thursday March 2 Stock Market Forecast
DJIA Probability of Being "Up" Thursday: 16%

Market Comment: The MktMetrics DJIA forecast has posted 16% probability to be "Up" Thursday. We are negative on the Stock Market. Wednesday's DJIA 60 point rally coincided with MktMetrics 90% "Up" probability and was a reflex reaction to Tuesday big move down, moving one full point above its 21-day moving average in a short squeeze. Now the move down will meet with less resistance. We have witnessed many non-confirmations at the recent DJIA 4 1/2 year highs and view this as a false move into higher territory. The DJIA was met with major resistance at 11,200. The S&P resembles a double top. The NASDAQ Composite a declining top. The lower NYSE volume recently illustrates that the Specialists and Market Makers have not been participating in this late stage rally. In other words, distribution has occurred and a retracement is most likely. Aggressive accounts should start shorting selected stocks as the DJIA Trend is now declining. The Stock Market is expected to continue its move down today. Good luck and good trading.
